*Risk factors:
- multiple/significant co-morbidities
- symptom duration > 5 days
- vomiting
- CRP > 140mg/L
- WBC > 15x109/L
- fluid collection
- inflammation on CT scan > 86mm
Polymicrobial:
Enterobacterales
Anaerobes
Enterococcus spp
