Clinical Significance

These are soil organisms that typically represent environmental contaminants.

Rare reports of bacteremia/sepsis and ascending cholangitis.

Usual Susceptibility Pattern

These organisms are usually susceptible to vancomycin, doxycycline, and rifampin.
