For fully susceptible M. tuberculosis:

2 month initial phase and continuation phase of 4 or 7 months depending on presence or absence of cavitary disease and results of sputum cultures taken at 2 months.

TB osteomyelitis - 12 months

TB meningitis - 12 months.
