Pseudomonas aeruginosa
- Concurrent use of aminoglycoside- impregnated cement is considered combination therapy. However if not used and renal function allows, tobramycin (5-7mg/kg IV q24h) should be considered in 1st 2-4 weeks (with close monitoring).
