Post-Surgical, Acute
- Fulminant onset 2-7 days postoperatively.
- Vitrectomy may be required.
- IV antibiotics usually not needed unless infection is outside globe.
- Intravitreal dexamethasone 0.4mg/0.1mL may be beneficial.
