- Pre/1-week post treatment urine cultures recommended followed by monthly follow-up cultures during remainder of pregnancy.
- Tailor antibiotics to C&S results.
- Based on clinical response, switch to oral agent(s) as listed under Uncomplicated pyelonephritis and/or according to C&S results.
